Lansdale Catholic High School to Host FREE Electronic Waste Collection Fundraiser


Lansdale Catholic High School is proud to offer a FREE “Anything With A Plug” recycling event to be held on November 10, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the school parking lot located at 700 Lansdale Ave. Lansdale, PA. Proceeds benefit Lansdale Catholic High School. All types of electronics will be accepted for FREE including TV, computers, monitors, printers, air-conditioners, computer accessories and small household appliances.

All material collected will be responsibly recycled by eForce Compliance, who maintains a zero landfill policy and zero export of hazardous e-waste to developing countries. eForce is Pennsylvania’s only multi-certified electronic recycling company (R2, e-Stewards, ISO 14011) and assures all data media will be destroyed or wiped at their facility.

Passyunk Square to Host FREE “Anything with a Plug” Recycling Collection Event Nov. 17, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.


The Passyunk Square Civic Association is excited to announce they will be holding a FREE electronic collection event in the Acme parking lot located at the corner of 10th and Reed Streets. The event will take place on November 17, 2012 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. and residents are encouraged to bring "anything with a plug" for recycling. All household electronics including computers, printers, microwaves, air-conditioners, metals and small appliances will be accepted. Now is a great time to responsibly recycle any unwanted electronic devices hanging around the house. Small business owners with less than 50 employees are also eligible to participate.

Cheltenham Township to Hold Electronic Collection Event November 17, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.


Cheltenham Township is excited to announce they will be holding an Electronic Collection Event on Saturday, November 17, 2012 at Cheltenham High School located on 500 Rices Mill Road in Wyncote. The event will take place from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. and residents are encouraged to bring "anything with a plug."

Donations of $5-$20 are requested which fund GRinCH's Green Warrior Youth grant program. Donations are tax deductible.

Lower Southampton Township to Hold FREE Electronic Collection Event October 20, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.


Lower Southampton Township is excited to announce they will be holding a FREE Electronic Collection Event on Saturday, October 20, 2012. The event will take place from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Lower Southampton Township Municipal Building conveniently located on 1500 Desire Ave. Residents are encouraged to bring their obsolete computers, CRT monitors, cameras, cell phones, fax machines, scanners, printers, TV’s, computer mice, wires and keyboards. Small businesses with less than 50 employees are also encouraged to participate. This event is being sponsored with the generous help of Freedom Credit Union with branch offices located in Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties.
